2/15/09 - Thurston Hall - Open Case

An individual reported that photos in his room were defaced with black pen.

Harassment

2/09/09 - off campus - case closed

A female student reported to the University Police Department that she received a harassing text message from her former roommate about property that the roommate wanted returned. Referred to Student Judicial Services

Liquor Law Violation

2/13/09 - 1:42 a.m. - public property on campus - case closed

UPD officers found a GW student on the street going in and out of consciousness. D.C. Fire and Emergency Services were called and the subject was transported to the GW Hospital. Referred to SJS

2/13/09 - 8:18 p.m. - Smith Center - case closed

UPD responded to a report of an intoxicated individual. He was not affiliated with the University and was escorted to the GW Hospital. Subject Barred from Campus

2/14/09 - 12:47 a.m. - Dakota Apartments - case closed

UPD responded to a noise complaint in the residence hall. When officers entered the room, alcohol was in plain view. Thirty-one individuals, some students and some unaffiliated with the University, were found in the room. Referred to SJS

Stalking

2/04/09 - Lisner Auditorium - case closed

A GW staff member told UPD that she had a court issue a temporary protection order from her ex-boyfriend, but he has followed her on public space multiple times and followed her off campus.

Theft

2/10/09 - 12:45 p.m. - Support Building - open case

A GW staff member left her purse unattended. When she returned, her purse was missing and her credit card had fraudulent charges on it.

Threats

2/11/09 - 5:00 p.m. - public property on campus - open case

Two GW staff members that are acquainted with each other were walking on the street when one made a threatening statement to the other.

Unlawful Entry

2/13/09 - 3:17 a.m. - City Hall - case closed

A male unaffiliated with the University was found sleeping in the lobby of City Hall. He said he was visiting a friend but was unable to give any information about the friend. He had been drinking but passed sobriety tests. Subject barred from campus

Voyeurism

2/10/09 - Thurston Hall - case closed

A student reported that she believed that her roommate had taken compromising photos of her without her knowledge and posted them on the Internet. Referred to SJS
