Arturo Fajardo of Wisconsin was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol after failing several sobriety tests. Fajardo made a left turn from the Eastern by-pass onto Lancaster Ave.

10/21/09 Theft: Westminster Hall student reported his cellular phone taken while attending a student dance in the Cordts PE Center. Victim advised the phone was taken while walking through the crowd inside of the dance area.

10/14/09 Alcohol Violation: A Cumberland Hall student was charged with underage consumption of alcohol. Investigation revealed the student was reported to be intoxicated by the 1st floor Resident Assistant. Upon contact Officers found the suspect having difficulty standing.
